What data we process and why

We process the data you provide through the contact form or by email (name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message) for the sole purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, managing any business relationship that may result from it.

Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), and the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and, thereafter, for the applicable statutory periods. If no business relationship is established, the data will be deleted within one year at most.

Recipients

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless required by law. Form submissions are received through our web hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.), which acts as data processor with the safeguards required by the GDPR for international transfers.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to comercial@responsive-group.com. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
